	ART GELBER Since founding Gelber & Associates, Mr. Gelber, has become recognized as an industry leader in the development of procurement and risk management techniques for natural gas and power. He is widely quoted in all major industry publications and business journals. Art Gelber has been an active participant in the natural gas markets since the opening of the contract on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) in April 1990. He is fully licensed by the National Futures Association (NFA) and holds a Series 3 license. A geologist and geophysicist by education, Mr. Gelber served as a global crude oil trader for Conoco. He also worked as a geologist for Mitchell Energy and as an associate engineer for Gulf Oil. In Australia and New Zealand, Mr. Gelber's commercial pursuits included oil and gas exploration and market opportunities. 	CARL MYERS Carl Myers is the principal member of Fuel Gas Solutions, a professional services firm that provides technical and economic analysis to large fuel suppliers, suppliers and operators of fuel transportation and storage facilities. For nearly 40 years, Mr. Myers served as vice-president, general manager and in several other positions with UGI Energy Services, Inc., a company that specializes in the transportation, storage and marketing of natural gas, liquid fuels, and electricity in the Northeastern United States, operating LP and LNG peak shaving and bulk storage facilities and an LPG import terminal. Mr. Myers’ experience includes construction management of a gas peaking plant and pipeline, and he has served as a consultant on numerous energy projects, including professional training, facility safety reviews and cost analysis for industrial, municipal and utility clients. Mr. Myers is a former member of the American Gas Association and the Pennsylvania Energy Association, where he served on several committees and was an adjunct instructor at the Institute of Gas Technology between 1970 and 1995. He received a master’s of administration degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1988, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Elizabethtown College in 1963.

	IAN EMERY Ian Emery was born and raised in Maine. He now resides in Washington County with his wife and two children. He has extensive experience in marine resources, commercial fishing and energy development. He was recently a member of the Maine Legislature, where he served as the state representative for District 32, which includes seven coastal communities in eastern Maine. He was a member of the Legislature’s Marine Resources Committee. Since 1995, he has owned and operated a commercial fishing vessel, and in 1994 he founded Snug Harbor Scallop Farms, a research and development company that conducted efforts to farm-raise sea scallops. Previously, he served as a research associate in collaborative research projects with the New England Fisheries Development Association in Boston and the Maine Aquaculture Innovation Center in Brewer, Maine. Mr. Emery was the recipient of the Maine Economic Research Institute’s Gold Star Award in 2005. As the owner of Emery & Associates, he has worked as a consultant in energy infrastructure, economic development initiatives and fisheries issues. Mr. Emery received a master’s degree in public administration from the University of New Hampshire in 1992 and his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1991.

	JAMES LEWIS, P.E. James Lewis has more than 50 years of experience in the energy industry, including natural gas, LNG, LPG and petroleum facilities as well as thermal and nuclear projects. With more than 27 years of LNG consulting experience, his primary focus centers on project development, process engineering and instrumentation, cryogenic technology, economics, safety, accident investigation, litigation support, regulatory compliance, testing, quality assurance and personnel training. His primary activities are LNG related, including liquefaction, storage, export/import terminals, peakshaving, remote baseload satellites and LNG for vehicle fuel. Mr. Lewis has served on several codes, standards and industry facilities committees, including those for LNG and supplemental fuels. He has assisted with contracts and negotiations for LNG and gas sales contracts. Projects have included export, import, peakshaving, satellite and vehicle fuel. Mr. Lewis has also played a key role in several LNG siting studies for projects in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, New Zealand, British Columbia and Nova Scotia for both on-shore and marine terminals. Mr. Lewis serves on several committees including NFPA 59A (LNG), NFPA 58/59 (LPG), NFPA 52/57 (NGVs) and CSA Z-276 (LNG).
